Edwin Hidayat Abdullah

Mr. Edwin Hidayat Abdullah is the founder of the company. He has been an Independent Commissioner of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk since 2003. He is also member of the Independent and Risk Management Committee of PT Bank Sinarmas since June 2007, and was an advisor to the board of Directors of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2007-2008), Project Finance Advisor of PT Media Karya Sentosa (2005-present), Corporate Finance Advisor of PT Timah, Tbk (2007-present), etc. He was a Senior Vice President-Chief of Staff, Chairman Office of Badan Penasehat Perbankan Nasional (BPPN) from 2000 to 2004, Food Air Monitor of United Nations World Food Programme from 1999 to 2000 and worked as Analyst in PT Bank IBJ Indonesia from 1996 to 1998. He graduated with Economics degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, in 1995 with a 1-year stint at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Abdullah obtained a Master of Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Government, NUS Singapore in corporation with Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA, in 2005. He was a Lee Kuan Yew Fellow and also an IDEAS Fellow at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Management, in Cambridge, USA, 2008-2009. Mr. Abdullah is a silat practitioner. He believes that this traditional Indonesia martial art has embodied pure and rich local and spiritual wisdom and philosophy that can be applied not only in sport but also in wider fields of life such as in business, negotiation skill, leadership and family life at home.

Sitta Farida Abdullah

Mrs. Abdullah is the Executive Director of PT Greenstar Artek Indonesia. She is a Civil Engineer by training from Gadjah Mada University (1996) and worked as an engineer at PT Yala Perkasa International, Jakarta. She received DAAD scholarship to continue her education in Germany and obtained an MBA in International Management from FH NĂ¼rtingen, University of Applied Science in 2001. Mrs. Abdullah also had experience working in Corporate Finance Division of Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, a.M., Germany. Since her homecoming from Europe in 2001, Mrs. Abdullah has worked in Asia-Europe Institute in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and nTan Corporate Advisory, Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. She is now based in Jakarta and pursuing her interests in parenting, good food, investing, environment and art.
